What I take off your plate
- The legal picture first. Which countries will marry you, what paperwork and residency it involves, and what it costs — before you book a venue.
- Venues that have hosted same-sex weddings before — and can show you the photos to prove it, not just the brochure.
- Travel and rooms for your guests, grouped and timed so people can actually afford to come.
- A plan B, decided calmly in advance — for weather, paperwork, and the unexpected.
The honest bit
- The paperwork varies enormously by country — residency requirements, documents, notice periods. I check the current rules, not the venue’s sales page.
- The best dates book out first. If you have a season in mind, start the conversation early — the good venues and the good dates go together.
- A symbol ceremony is a real option. Some couples marry at home and celebrate abroad; others want the legal day overseas. Both are fine — I’ll help you pick.
- General information, not legal advice — always check the official government source for your destination before you book.
- How it’s protected: bookings are made through InteleTravel (ABTA P7384), and some flights and flight-inclusive packages carry ATOL protection — I’ll confirm exactly what applies to your booking before you pay anything.
Ten guests or sixty — a different product
What I build depends on who’s actually coming. Tell me which of these you’re planning, and I’ll shape everything around it.
The intimate wedding
Up to around a dozen people, one villa or boutique hotel, a long table and a private chef. Legal paperwork kept to a minimum — the whole thing feels like a holiday with your favourite people in it.
The full wedding
Thirty, sixty, a hundred — group travel, room blocks, a welcome dinner, a day-after brunch. More moving parts and more joy, and exactly the kind of logistics I handle every week.
How it works
Where, and with who
The country, the guest list, the vibe — a castle, a beach, a city hall and a long lunch. Tell me what the day should feel like.
Venue, legal, travel
A shortlist of venues with the legal route mapped, plus flights and rooms for everyone who’s coming.
One thread to the day
Bookings, paperwork, changes — handled by me, with one inbox and one person answerable for all of it.
From the legalities to the last taxi, it’s one person’s job — mine. Whether the day you’re imagining is small or big, start with a message.
