What I take off your plate
- Stays chosen for how they treat couples — not just how they market to them. Two names on the booking, a proper double bed, and a quiet note ahead so nobody explains yourselves at check-in.
- Flights timed around jet lag, not just around price. The right seats, the right route, and a first night that doesn’t start at 4am.
- The details that decide the trip — transfers, a dinner booked for the first night, the one excursion that’s actually worth your day.
- One thread for everything. Flights, hotel, insurance, changes — one person, one inbox, answerable for the lot.
The honest bit
- Shoulder season is your friend. May and late September deliver the weather without the August prices — and some islands are genuinely better without the crowds.
- A private villa often beats a resort for two. Your own pool, your own pace, and nobody else’s itinerary.
- Long-haul needs a buffer day. I build one in, every time. The best honeymoon I ever planned started with a day of doing nothing at all.
Where couples actually go
Three guides I’d happily send my own friends to — each written after real trips, with the stays I’d actually book.

How it works
Tell me the shape of it
What the wedding cost you in energy, what you want the trip to feel like, and what “perfect” looks like for you two.
Two or three options, not thirty
A shortlist of stays and routes I’d actually choose — with the honest trade-offs spelled out.
Booked and looked after
Everything confirmed, protected, and owned by me from first chat to final taxi.
Every trip is planned by me, for every kind of couple. If you’re organising a group — a honeymoon with friends, a big anniversary — ask me: those are the trips I most enjoy building.
